By taking the Bregman Partners Leadership Gap Assessment you will learn which of the four elements of emotional courage you must improve to close your leadership gap. All four assessments combined should take approximately ten minutes to complete.

Each question number corresponds to the same chapter number in Leading with Emotional Courage: How to Have Hard Conversations, Create Accountability, and Inspire Action on Your Most Important Work. Refer to the book to build your capacity in the specific questions/areas where your development will have the highest impact.

All questions are yes/no answers. We know these situations are not always black and white, but lean towards “no” if you think it would be useful to improve on something. After all, this is about your development. Answer each question with honesty and vulnerability and you will uncover your key to becoming a stronger leader.
