Bio: Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Collegiate Professor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a partner at RBL Group (rbl.net), a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value. He has published over thirty books and two hundred articles and book chapters. He has worked with over half of the Fortune 200; has numerous lifetime achievement awards for organization, leadership, and HR work; and is listed in the Thinkers50 Hall of Fame.
