Carol Dweck

If there is a secret to success, this just might be it. Carol Dweck, professor at Stanford and author of the mind-altering book Mindset: The New Psychology of Success, has done the research and identified two ways of approaching the world: a fixed mindset versus a growth mindset. And there is a clear winner – the growth mindset. Carol talks with me about how you can develop it. As leaders, her insights are invaluable for helping us cultivate a growth mindset in ourselves and in the people who follow us. Don’t miss this one.

    hi Peter,

Very insightful discussion on Episode 19: Carol Dweck – Mindset.

Just a small request / suggestion, if possible can there be transcript of the discussion. It’ll be good thing to have a written transcription while listening to the pod cast. It’s followed on MOOC websites like…each of their videos have a transcript that is typed out document of the entire conversation. It’s easier to follow the conversation with a written document in front of you plus it’s something we could always look up to revise the fine points while we are traveling
