Developed by Peter over his 25+ years as both a organizational consultant and a master-level executive leadership coach, Driving the Big Arrow marries the two disciplines by identifying the most important thing for the business to achieve over 12 months and then developing key people in precisely the way that will enable them to drive that most important business outcome.
This process enables leaders to amplify their key contributions to an organization’s most important, measurable business outcome—what we call the Big Arrow.
We still use one-on-one, live coaching, and all our coaches are trained, led and supervised by Peter. The coaches at Bregman Partners, however, use Peter’s QUICC Results(TM) Coaching Method, which makes our team the most time-efficient, impactful and scalable in the industry.
