There are four essential pillars of great leadership. Many leaders have one pillar – or maybe even two – but it’s the combination of all four that fuels your impact on the people around you and the common goals towards which you are working.
The purpose of this assessment is to increase your awareness of the gaps in your own leadership that might make it difficult for you to advance to the next level.
When you’ve completed the assessment, we’ll share a white paper (The Fourth Pillar: The Key to Unlocking Your Most Powerful Leadership) that describes why each area is important and what you can do to strengthen them all.
This is obviously a self-assessment – which means it will not reflect your blind spots (you can’t accurately assess what you don’t see about yourself). One way to increase the accuracy is to answer the questions while considering what you have heard others say about you (in addition to how you feel about yourself).
