thanks, very good advice. Having worked in team-project for many years, I would add the additional point:
–put everyone in the role where she is more likely to succeed.
Don’t try to get the boring staff be done equally by all of you. You will only end up with people who are frustrated (and you will have to do it all over again anyway). Let the “creative” types (also called unreliable anarchists) enjoy what they are doing (or they will not do anything at all).
