Leadership Moments: Offering Feedback

Fox Business

In this video, I talk about the importance of offering feedback. If you don’t provide honest feedback to others, they will continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. How can you improve the way you give feedback?

If you are interested in making huge strides in your ability to give and receive feedback, sign up for the next Bregman Leadership Intensive. Participants in the Intensive work with real and direct feedback in the moment. This feedback highlights their blind spots and focuses their development on the areas that will result in the greatest improvements in their leadership capability.

Do it often. So true. Giving feedback requires practice, just as any other skill, so, the more often you do it, the better you get at it. The problem is, you can’t practice all alone, you need to practice it on, or with other people, it takes two to tango, so they say. Especially if you’re introvert, it can feel REALLY uncomfortable and awkward.
