Thanks for another outstanding and concise “mini-lesson”. I really appreciate your acknowledgement of the human aspect of human nature. We may understand our own nature and still not act in our own best interest. Constant reminders to slow down, reflect, and choose to behave differently are very helpful.
You’re right on target. Getting people on track to do what they do best, study and learn around their strengths and gain experience that maximizes who they are and what they do best makes them and all of us better.
