    Not all meetings are for problem-solving; some are for learning. The last thing I want at a meeting is a group conversation when there’s an expert in the room who can tell me so much of value if everyone else would just shutup. And so it’s not always that Power Point is boring; it’s that learning can be hard, listening can be hard, and people would rather take it easy and talk.

  2. I cannot imagine my co-workers preparing on my work. We meet exactly to update each other about what we are doing.
